HISTORY & MISSION

From 6 students Biomedical Engineering students at Cornell University aspiring to gain a worldly perspective on how their senior design project can make a lasting impact on all global healthcare infrastructures, the team set forth on planning their trip to Arusha, Tanzania with the hopes of meeting students with similar passions, learn and gain more of a global perspective, and truly making a difference.

From the 3 months of planning before embarking our journey to Tanzania, to the month of experiencing the culture, and the year long effort after the trip to plan, design, and manufacture a device with the help of our collaborators, we have gained so much from the experience and have advanced our engineering knowledge on product development.
